Job Summary:

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, performing imaging procedures, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Perform imaging procedures, including contrast studies and CT scans
  • Position patients for optimal imaging results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Current certification in CT scanning and radiography
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Work Schedule:

  • Weekend block schedule, Friday-Sunday
  • 7 days maximum RTO (return to work) policy
  • Must be willing to float to other departments as needed

Additional Information:

  • FULL compliance with hospital policies and procedures is required
  • Must be able to work 2 out of 3 major holidays if needed
