About the Role

This Data Management Specialist position supports the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) in managing security cooperation programs. The successful candidate will have strong data management skills and experience working with government systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data management protocols for security cooperation programs
  • Facilitate discussions surrounding new AM&E requirements with multiple SMEs
  • Manage the upload of archival and new deliverables to Socium, including data cleansing and processing
  • Collaborate with the PIE team within DSCA to report bugs found in testing or production environments
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in data management, software development, and troubleshooting
  • 5 years of experience in analyzing SC activity archiving needs, facilitating agreement among information system users, and creating beta-test plans
  • 3 years of experience in Security Cooperation or international programs in the security sector
  • Active Secret security clearance
