We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor to join our team at Impact Recruiting Solutions.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring up to 75% travel on a regular basis. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients nationwide, supporting internal and external customers in a technically exciting environment.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is competitive and negotiable, offering a range of benefits including flexible paid vacation days, paid holidays, company-issued Amex card for travel, and all travel expenses paid directly by the company.
Job Requirements- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dietetics is required.
- Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) are mandatory.
- A minimum of two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities is essential.
- Maintenance of current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian is necessary.
- Demonstrated history of independent decision-making skills to direct and effectively manage the survey process is critical.
- Ability to set priorities independently and collectively in performing survey tasks is vital.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
