About the Role

This position is responsible for leading shifts ranging from 1 to 12 analysts, coordinating breaks and lunches, monitoring group mailboxes, prioritizing emails, and recognizing issues/trends observed from emails and ticket creations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent people and phone skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, experience with Microsoft Office products, Remedy ITSM, and typing at least 40 wpm. They must also be able to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
