Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and product development protocols within the team.
  • Organize and lead Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of Program Increments and related events.
  • Proactively identify and resolve team challenges.
  • Work closely with the Product team to align team performance with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with fellow Scrum Masters to coordinate solutions and delivery schedules.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for up to two teams simultaneously.
  • Eliminate team obstacles by liaising with other organizational members.
  • Partner with Product Development leadership to foster an Agile culture within teams.
  • Generate and maintain reporting and analytics for Scrum teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master capacity.
  • At least 2 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Scrum certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe SSM, or equivalent).
  • Experience in application development.
  • Able to work independently.
