Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to improve patient health and physical conditions through nutrition therapy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze patients' health status, goals, and dietary restrictions.
  • Track dietary intake and progress, educating patients on maintaining a balanced diet.
  • Create or gather educational materials/handouts used to educate patients.
  • Provide counseling, nutritional assessments, prescriptions, and evaluation of nutrition-related lab parameters.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • At least three years of dietetic experience in a clinical setting.
  • Completed state-approved certification program for a Registered Dietitian or Certified Diabetic Educator.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support techniques.
