Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our team in a school district near the Needham area. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with students to develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to improve communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
- Assess and evaluate students' communication skills and develop strategies to improve them
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Provide direct and indirect services to students, including one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions
- Document student progress and communicate with parents and teachers
Requirements:
- Current Massachusetts state license
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- PDE teaching certificate
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
