Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle client cases, representing them in court and mediations.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and wills.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on legal matters, ensuring they understand their options and rights.
  • Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in family and/or CPS law, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective client advice.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, necessary for effective negotiation and mediation.
