We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Adult Reconstruction to join a reputable healthcare organization. This role focuses exclusively on total hip and knee procedures, ensuring a streamlined practice environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care for patients requiring total joint replacements.
- Engage in complex revision arthroplasty, addressing challenges such as periprosthetic fractures and infections.
- Collaborate with a team of fellowship-trained surgeons and general orthopedic specialists.
- Participate in a balanced practice with approximately 50% clinical duties and 50% surgical responsibilities.
- Contribute to the development of the Oshkosh market, enhancing service delivery in the region.
- Manage Level II Trauma cases at the designated trauma center.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Orthopedics.
- Completion of a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction/Arthroplasty.
- Ability to handle a patient load of 32-45 individuals per day.
- Strong interest in evaluating and treating patients with painful total joints.
- Willingness to establish roots in the north/central Wisconsin area.
