We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on the 6th Floor Telemetry-West Valley unit. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to Med Surg/Telemetry patients, collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patient, family, and staff learning needs, and delivering appropriate clinical education.
  • Supervise nursing interventions and assign related tasks to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, including providing detailed care instructions.

Requirements:

  • Current valid California RN license
  • BSN or MSN degree
  • BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • ACLS certification from the American Heart Association, obtained within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year of previous Acute Care RN Telemetry experience
