Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience preferred
  • Graduate from an accredited institution
  • Certifications may be required based on facility standards
  • Physical capabilities – ability to remain stationary, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull
  • Effective communication and collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members
  • Coordination of patient care with other healthcare professionals
  • Monitoring patient responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
  • Administering medications as prescribed with proper documentation
  • Monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Sharing on-call responsibilities with a prompt response time if necessary
  • Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and adequate supply levels
  • Transporting patients as required
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
