Pizza Artisan

A skilled Pizza Maker is responsible for crafting authentic Italian pizzas in our bustling Eataly kitchens. Reporting to the Bakery Manager, this role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Prepare pizzas according to our secret Italian recipes
• Ensure all pizzas meet our high quality standards and portion sizes
• Maintain a clean and sanitary food production area, adhering to Department of Health regulations
• Work towards mastering all shifts in pizza production, including evenings and weekends
• Assist Sales Associates and engage with guests interested in learning about pizza production

• 1+ year of experience in a back of house production position
• Good work ethic, communication, and time management skills
• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with a wood burning oven, electric pizza convection oven, and commercial spiral mixer
