Air & Mobile Communication Expert

This position is a key member of the CareFlight team, working to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams and patients. As a CareFlight Flight Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies, working closely with staff to ensure smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Certified Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic certification in Ohio or equivalent experience/knowledge.
- Air Medical Communication Specialist Certification during orientation.
- 1-3 years of job-related experience.
- Preferred experience: EMS provider or full-time EMS Dispatching experience.
Working Conditions
- Sit/stand at workstation for at least 12 hours.
- Work with telephone and radio system.
- Multitask efficiently.
- Demonstrate good customer service skills.
- Use headset for extended periods.
- Attend department meetings and education sessions.
- Flexible scheduling and ability to work well with staff and customers.
Compensation and Benefits
$45,000 - $60,000 per year (estimated salary based on location and experience). Part-time position with 24 hours per week, paid holidays, and flexible scheduling opportunities.
