Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools; advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
- Strategic Acumen: Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to balance high-level vision with detailed execution.
- Industry Insight: Experience in relevant industries is advantageous.
