Camp Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Food Service Staff member to join our team at Camp Chi in Lake Delton. As a Camp Cuisine Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our campers.

This position requires the ability to facilitate duties and responsibilities related to dishwashing and server staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Facilitate kitchen operations and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and quality
• Develop effective relationships with front and back-of-house staff, directors, managers, leaders, specialists, and diners
• Precisely follow the Wolfoods comprehensive Camp Food Training Program
• Attend related in-service training and staff meetings as required
• Ensure work accuracy in timing, quantity, quality, and other requirements
• Maintain kitchen and equipment according to proper health and sanitation regulations
• Adhere to safety protocols
• Specialize in food preparation for events
