About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at North Branch Construction. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks with quality workmanship to construct, repair, or modify buildings or facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carpentry Tasks: Perform and complete a variety of carpentry tasks, including interior/exterior trim, siding systems, framing, cabinetry, countertops, mill work, and installation of windows and doors.
  • Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of power and hand tools to complete jobs accurately and to specifications.
  • Property Protection: Protect furnishings, equipment, and other property during carpentry tasks.
  • Safety Precautions: Follow standard safety precautions and adhere to operator's instructions when using power tools, wearing recommended protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protectors, and/or work gloves.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Hand Tools: Possess a select list of hand tools required for the job.
  • Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Weather Conditions: Ability to work in inclement weather.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to an hour to job sites.
