FEDFLO Specialist, Raritan

Job Summary:

Macy's Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FEDFLO Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you will play a critical role in protecting company assets and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations and complete reports on inbound and outbound trailer logs, common carrier logs, and discrepancy reports.
• Maintain access control and ensure the secure entry and exit of all personnel and visitors.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarm system activations.
• Conduct regular audits on common carriers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor associate activities and provide guidance and support as needed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
