About the Role

At Anistar Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Senior Security Field Technician to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to install and service access control, CCTV, and surveillance systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing service/ installation of various security management solutions, evaluating and troubleshooting equipment, and performing upgrades and additions to systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform service/installation of various security management solutions including access control, intrusion alarm, closed circuit television systems, and other various security related systems.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, re-configure, and test equipment and devices associated and repair as necessary.
  • Perform upgrades and additions to systems in order to increase functionality and usability.
  • Coordinate with administration and other trades for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently.
  • Read and understand drawings and prints to install the correct equipment in the correct locations.
Requirements
  • Must have experience with IP based systems.
  • Working knowledge of Honeywell, Bosch, and Axis would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to think on their feet.
  • Ability to read technical documents, drawings and prints.
