Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality grooming services, including bathing, nail trims, ear cleanings, and haircuts, to meet client expectations and requests.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized attention and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the grooming schedule to ensure efficient coordination of client needs and staff availability.
  • Train, supervise, and develop bathing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Understanding and ability to properly and safely restrain animals.
  • One year's experience as a Groomer, Groomer's Apprentice, or formal instruction from a reputable grooming program.
