**Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including respiratory disorders, medical disorders, and Ventilator/Tracheostomy management.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
**Requirements:**
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Virginia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
* Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in the acute care setting.
* BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor towards others.
