About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Diversified Communications. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from initiating through closing phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and perform project management functions on all client site projects, budgets, and scopes.
  • Act as the responsible person on assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities.
  • Provide direction to a wide range of internal and external personnel.
  • Manage project communications, scheduling, task lists for technicians, and oversee the completion of projects to client expectation or better.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of projects, including engaging stakeholders, delegating responsibilities clearly, and running client and internal project meetings.
  • Coordinate all drawings and documentation between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and direct design reviews to assure proper documentation in the field.
  • Coordinate all system programming and final checkout of systems.
  • Provide punch-list of remaining tasks after substantial completion.
  • Coordinate training and turnover of projects to client, service department, and sales.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related experience required.
  • Deep knowledge of electronic security is required.
  • Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction trades and settings is preferred.
  • Certified Security Project Manager - CSPM is preferred.
  • Lenel Certification knowledge is preferred.
  • Genetec Certification knowledge is preferred.
  • Avigilon Certification knowledge is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • PMP certification from the Project Management Institute is preferred.

Compensation

Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.

Pay Type: Salary

Min Hiring Rate: $90,000.00

Max Hiring Rate: $140,000.00
