Position Overview:

Core Responsibilities:
Brand Representation:
Demonstrates a strong affinity for the brands by wearing them during work hours and showcasing a genuine enthusiasm for Lee and Wrangler products.
Welcomes every customer warmly.
Engages actively with customers on the sales floor by posing open-ended inquiries.
Assists customers in the fitting area.
Recommends the most suitable products based on customer needs.

Operational Excellence, Safety, and Loss Prevention:
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and protocols.
Responds promptly to any customer or associate injuries and reports them to the manager on duty without delay.

Visual Presentation:
Complies with all guidelines regarding visual merchandising standards within the store.
Store Culture:
Values the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and unique perspectives of others, upholding the principles and values of Kontoor Brands.
Encourages a culture of participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and innovative ideas.
Continuously seeks opportunities to enhance store sustainability and acknowledges the environmental impact of store operations.

Qualifications:
Maintains a positive demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in retail or service-oriented roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to collaborate with a team to surpass sales objectives.
Comfortable initiating conversations with customers.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Essential Duties:

Utilizes office equipment and technology (e.g., cash registers, computers, phones, scanners, etc.).
Ability to stand for scheduled shifts of up to 8 hours.

Engages in walking and moving to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, and maintain store organization.
Capable of lifting and carrying items, with the ability to maneuver and/or lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Able to push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking purposes.
Competent in reaching, stretching, bending, stooping, and crouching to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and ensure store cleanliness.
Occasional manual labor is required for assembling displays and/or rearranging store layout.
Possesses the vision to accurately read labels, assist customers, and perform tasks requiring attention to detail.
Demonstrates fine manipulation skills and hand coordination to sort and organize clothing, such as placing items on hangers and folding.
