We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Arborist Ground Person to join our team at Bartlett Tree Experts. As an integral member of our tree care crew, you will work alongside our dedicated team of arborists, gaining practical field experience in scientific tree and shrub care on commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities- Learn through on-the-job training to safely perform all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, rigging, cabling and bracing, removals, and equipment operation.
- Implement work zone safety procedures and assist Arborist Climbers and Arborist Crew Leaders working on the ground and aloft.
- Assist with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties, and learn to properly maintain and operate equipment.
