Sales Associate Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Hibbett Sports. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Main Responsibilities
• Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns
• Develop strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
• Drive sales growth by effectively promoting products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives, share best practices, and support a positive work environment
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed

Salary and Benefits
Hibbett Sports offers a competitive salary of $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and employee discounts.
