About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our team at Sizemore, Inc. in Lebanon, TN. As an Industrial Cleaner/Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring the well-being of our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean various flooring surfaces, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing in an industrial/warehouse setting.
  • Sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, floors, and other high-touch areas.
  • Dust and wipe down office furniture and equipment, baseboards, windows, blinds, and other surfaces.
  • Clean and disinfect breakrooms, including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Restock supplies and refill dispensers in restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
  • Empty trash cans and replace liners.
  • Ensure proper labeling and use of cleaning chemicals.
  • Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
  • Operate specialized equipment as needed.
  • Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
  • Abide by and enforce Sizemore's and client's policies and procedures.
Working Conditions

This role may require working overtime, and you may be required to work inside or outside in various building and weather conditions. You will be expected to walk or stand for extended periods, lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or less, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
