Compensation: Up to $44 per hour*

Position: We are currently seeking an Automotive Master Technician to enhance our distinguished Service Team. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available based on qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers or service advisors to gather detailed descriptions of vehicle issues and discuss necessary repairs and future maintenance.
  • Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle components and systems.
  • Perform thorough quality checks on vehicle repairs before returning them to customers.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate directly with service advisors to keep customers informed about any additional services required and provide estimates for further repairs.
  • Carry out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
  • GM Certification is highly preferred.
  • We welcome applications from all automotive manufacturers.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications are advantageous and will be taken into consideration.
  • Must be team-oriented, adaptable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and AC systems.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
