Job Summary:

Clean and maintain the kitchen and dining areas of the RV Inn Style Resorts Amphitheater. This includes washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, as well as cleaning equipment and utensils. The ideal candidate will have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks and be able to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Wash all china, glass, and silverware
Clean all equipment, pots, and pans
Store all equipment in proper locations
Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Transport food and equipment throughout the venue as needed

Requirements:

Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
