About the Role
American Advanced Management seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively with management, employees, and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and analyze statistical and payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate the payroll process with other departments and ensure timely and accurate transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll information, including direct deposits, pre-notes, W-4s, leave balances, salary, levies, garnishments, investments, and voluntary and involuntary contributions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least three years of experience in office or hospital administration, preferably in payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of payroll software, including Kronos, ADP, and Paycom.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with management, employees, and external parties.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $38,400 - $44,800 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
