About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong passion for fitness and wellness, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment and surrounding areas, engaging and coaching members, and ensuring the highest quality service to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in a safe and clean condition
  • Engage and coach members in wellness activities
  • Provide member training, orientations, and evaluations as scheduled
  • Perform daily cleaning in the wellness area and follow documentation procedures
  • Input maintenance requests in association maintenance software
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months experience in the wellness field and meet the following qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 18 years of age
  2. Minimum of 6 months experience in the wellness field
  3. Certification in CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 required within 60 days of hire
  4. Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and Child Protective Services check
