Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Assist in initiating and revising care plans as needed, in collaboration with prescribers.
  • Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and goals.
  • Respond to changes in patient condition and report to the appropriate physician or supervisor.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for healthcare teaching, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning.
Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License for the state in which you practice.
  • Current Health Certificate as per facility contract or state regulation.
  • Up-to-date PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
  • One year of prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
