Customer Service Representative

This role plays a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by providing efficient and effective support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, assisting with patient/relative experience survey collection, and resolving complaints.
Main Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and needs.
- Communicate clearly and politely with internal and external customers.
- Assist with maintaining the phone directory and provide greeting, escort, and wayfinding assistance throughout the Oyate Health Center.
- Familiarity and/or experience working with American Indian populations and respect for and knowledge of traditional, cultural, and spiritual practices of diverse American Indian communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to actively listen, empathize, and respond effectively to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Demonstrate patience, tact, and professionalism in handling difficult customer interactions.
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions. Employees may be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, gowns, coats, boots, goggles, gloves, or shields.
BenefitsThe Great Plains Tribal Leaders' Health Board offers a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
