Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes and a commitment to excellence in their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions to promote patient independence and mobility
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
