Role Overview:

Warehouse associates are essential to our operational success. They work diligently, safely, and independently to ensure the smooth movement of products through our distribution network while upholding quality standards. Key Responsibilities: The Warehouse Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing and tracking all incoming, outgoing, and stored goods within the warehouse. This includes unloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing inventory.

Key Duties Include:Receiving all incoming products and identifying appropriate storage locations.Restocking order pick and flow lines to prepare for order fulfillment.Ensuring adequate product placement to meet regular and special demands.Maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all areas, including balers, aisles, racking, floors, and designated zones.Transferring products from the receiving area to their designated locations.Consolidating items into picking containers as needed.Packing products securely in boxes and totes.Applying shipping IDs and labeling boxes/totes with relevant run and stop numbers.Facilitating safe and efficient movement and tracking of products within the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy.Pulling orders according to the delivery route/run list.Documenting quantities of materials received or distributed.Completing end-of-shift tasks such as charging equipment and verifying completed work.Keeping the workstation organized; returning supplies and products to their designated locations.Adhering to all preferred work methods, safety protocols, and company guidelines.Ensuring a safe work environment and reporting any unsafe conditions or actions immediately.Performing other related tasks as assigned.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Ability to work scheduled shifts and required overtime.Capable of standing, walking, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.Able to lift, stack, and pull products from various heights, weighing between 10-35 pounds and occasionally up to 60-90 pounds.Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments, including cooler, freezer, and dry areas.Must obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation.Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; 1+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution settings; experience in foodservice distribution or related industries.
