Production Equipment Specialist

Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be a vital member of the Maintenance team supporting Marvin's UCA Product Group. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the maintenance, upkeep, and performance of processes necessary to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform OPM/Provisional Standards on production equipment.
  • Assist with production equipment set-up and start-up.
  • Learn how to operate production equipment in assigned areas.
  • Perform consumable change outs such as tooling, filters, staple guns, silicone barrels, and shrink/stretch wrap rolls.
  • Enter repair work orders into Maintenance Software (CMMS).
  • Assist maintenance with repairs as assigned.
  • Contribute to training new operators.
About You

We're looking for someone with the ability to learn equipment operation, strong process knowledge, self-motivation, and safe work habits. Basic computer skills, including MS Office, are also essential. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with the team.

Schedule

This position involves working day shifts from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with any required overtime.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and local costs.
