About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our Sensor Software and Prototyping team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complex features and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with engineering teams to translate user requirements into technical requirements and specifications.
  • Hold multi-disciplinary engineering teams accountable for delivering on tight schedules.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical challenges to drive decisions at all levels of management.
Requirements
  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience in firmware and/or software development, engineering, or program management.
  • Experience in embedded software, sensor systems, machine learning, camera, and/or AR/VR technologies.
  • Track record of managing products through the entire product development life cycle from concept to mass production.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse teams and interact, influence, collaborate, and negotiate optimally at all levels of management.
