In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring exceptional service and effectively managing automotive service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers, attentively listen to their needs, and assess their automotive service requirements in both English and Spanish.
- Deliver precise and comprehensive information regarding service alternatives, costs, and timelines in both languages.
- Efficiently coordinate service appointments and repair schedules.
- Prepare estimates and work orders for customer consent in both English and Spanish.
- Facilitate communication with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing ongoing updates about repair status and addressing any concerns in both languages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
- Collaborate with the parts department to procure necessary components and ensure prompt delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the automotive sector.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service capacity within the automotive field is advantageous.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities in both languages.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
