We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Comprehensive Liver Care Unit - Intermediate Care at VCU Health. As a key member of our medical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our Liver Transplant program.
Unit Overview- Cutting-Edge Facility: Our state-of-the-art 24-bed unit features both Intermediate and Acute Care beds, providing comprehensive care to our patients.
- Specialization: We specialize in catering to the Liver Transplant and Transplant Hepatology populations with critical care needs, offering a unique and rewarding environment.
- Patient Care Ratios: Enjoy manageable nurse to patient ratios of 1:3 and 1:4, tailored to the complexity of patient assignments, ensuring personalized care for each individual.
- Provider Coverage: Benefit from 24/7 in-house provider coverage, guaranteeing prompt and expert medical attention for our patients.
