Job Summary:

Simpson is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in an assisted living or personal care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in long-term care and be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rate.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide wound care, including cleaning and dressing wounds.
  • Monitor and document changes in residents' health status and report any concerns to the AL/PC Administrator.

Requirements:

  • Current Pennsylvania LPN License with no judgments or disciplinary action.
  • CPR Certified
  • First Aid Certified
  • AED Certified (Preferred)
