About the Position

We are currently hiring evening baristas for our Acrc Miami location. As a barista at Acrc Miami, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, respond to their needs, and exceed their expectations.
  • Order Taking and Sales: Take orders accurately and efficiently, and process sales transactions.
  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers.
  • Barista Development: Develop your barista skills and assist in training new hires.
  • Store Environment: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Inventory Management: Restock inventory and communicate store needs to management.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that all food safety standards are met, and that our customers have a safe and healthy experience.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to management.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Schedule: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Experience: Must have previous experience as a barista or in a related field.
  • Skills: Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
  • Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a team environment.
