Job Summary:

The Voice Architect is a key member of our team at Strategic Staffing Solutions, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our client's voice network. This includes supervising and supporting department personnel, as well as coordinating with other IT departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support department personnel in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the voice network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the voice network meets the client's business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience with voice teams and solutions.
  • Five (5) years of experience with complex multi-site VoIP networks.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a multi-vendor voice and data environment consisting of hardware and software from Siemens/Unify, Cisco, and Avaya.
  • Five (5) years of experience supporting complex environments, using tools such as Orion Solar Winds, Oasis, Comview, and Impact Technologies for performance optimization and capacity planning.
  • Five (5) years of experience working with Spectralink, ASCOM or similar technologies for wireless communications, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Ten (10) years of experience with Voice Mail and Unified Messaging systems, preferably the Unify Xpressions software.
  • Experience managing the design, implementation and support of advanced voice related systems.
  • Mature and effective techniques of translating business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Strong understanding of process flows and implementation roll outs.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
