AquaTek Filtration and Pump Service is seeking a highly skilled Water Treatment Specialist to join our team in Central Massachusetts. As a seasoned professional with expertise in installing and servicing water filtration systems, you will be responsible for providing top-notch solutions to our customers.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000-$62,000 per year, commensurate on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401K match, paid holidays and sick time, overtime opportunities, and paid uniforms. Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3-5 years of experience in installing and/or servicing water well or filtration systems;
  • Physical requirements include being able to squat/bend, walk with equipment, lift 60 pounds;
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving history;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled technician who can troubleshoot and repair complex water systems, including reverse osmosis, water softeners, acid neutralizers, and radon systems. Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  1. Installing and maintaining water filtration systems;
  2. Repairing and replacing faulty equipment;
  3. Providing excellent customer service and support;
  4. Working collaboratively with our team to achieve goals and objectives.
