Donaldson is a leading technology and innovation company committed to solving complex filtration challenges. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement site-specific environmental, health, and safety targets and objectives aligned with Donaldson's overall strategies.
- Lead the execution of action-based EHS goals for leadership team members and supervisors to support achievement of site-specific EHS targets and objectives.
- Support the creation of site-level annual EHS plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct employee training and development programs to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Maintain site-specific compliance assurance processes to facilitate the timely completion of EHS-related compliance, training, and preventive maintenance obligations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or laboratory environment.
- 3+ years of experience in the EHS space or focused on safety.
- Experience with OSHA 30 or OSHA 511 standards.
- Safety or EHS certifications.
