Job Description:
This Telehealth PMHNP will work from home with flexible hours, evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and managing ongoing support for patients with substance use disorders (SUDs) and related comorbidities. The successful candidate will empower patients in their recovery journeys through compassionate and empathetic telephonic, text-based, and video-based patient engagement and monitoring.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* PMHNP certification and licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee.
* Active, non-restricted DEA license, ideally with experience managing SUDs through medication-assisted recovery.
* Degree from an accredited school of nursing and a graduate-level nurse practitioner program.
* Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing.
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
