Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at RicohRicoh. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all powered and non-powered material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure that all company safety policies and procedures are followed.
  • Utilize RF equipment to accurately process all inbound and outbound transactions and internal orders and requisitions.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy by performing Quality Assurance inspections as required.
  • Provide backup support for job functions within other departments with appropriate cross-training.
  • Perform stock consolidation to improve inventory production performance and maximize warehouse space.
  • Maintain company 5S standards throughout assigned areas of work.
  • Meet and maintain productivity and quality standards relative to job responsibility as defined by department manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Previous forklift certification for Reach, Dock stocker, or Sit-down forklift.
  • RF scanner experience.
  • Excellent math, reading comprehension skills, and the ability to write legibly.
  • Minimum of two years warehouse experience with one year of stand-up (Reach, Dock stocker) forklift experience.
  • Ability to physically perform assigned tasks that require significant walking, standing, bending, reaching, and safely lifting up to 50lbs for extended periods of time.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
