Key Responsibilities


The Housekeeping Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, coordinating and assigning tasks to staff members. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting inspections of equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Monitoring the quality of work performed during shifts to ensure satisfactory completion.
  • Managing the distribution of linens and maintaining accurate records of inventory.
  • Keeping track of supplies and placing orders as necessary.
  • Assessing the condition of furniture and fixtures, reporting any needs for repair or replacement to management.
  • Performing various cleaning tasks, including mopping, dusting, sweeping, and washing as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
