Long Term Care Registered Nurse

Staff Today is seeking a skilled Long Term Care Registered Nurse to join our team on a local contract basis in Canby, Oregon.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Long Term Care setting. As a contract RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents in a Long Term Care facility
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN license in the state of Oregon
- Experience working in a Long Term Care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including 8-hour days
