Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Rehabilitation Nurse. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred
  • CRRN Preferred

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
