Job Summary

PACS Inc is seeking a highly skilled LPN/LVN Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to nursing staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care to our residents.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that our nursing services meet the highest standards.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure that they are meeting the needs of our residents.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Medication Administration: Ensure that medications are administered safely and accurately, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Supervisory Requirements: Demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills, including the ability to make independent decisions and work effectively with others.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state, as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Mathematical Skills: Must be able to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
  • Reasoning Ability: Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of our residents.

The LPN/LVN Supervisor will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate records.
