• A starting salary of $17.00/hr, with additional commissions

This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a journey of discovery, connecting with homeowners and forging meaningful relationships in your community. As an Outreach Specialist, you'll engage with homeowners to discuss their exterior restoration needs and share Aspen's solutions.

• Cultivate relationships with potential business partners to expand our network and reach.
• Distribute informational materials and educate prospective customers about Aspen Contracting.
• Represent Aspen at local events, home shows, and trade exhibitions.
• Coordinate appointments and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building connections.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk 3-5 miles daily.
• Access to reliable transportation for daily commuting.
