Purina Animal Nutrition - Manufacturing Management Track Associate

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about animal nutrition and want to develop their leadership skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Manufacturing Management Track Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall activities of a feed plant, ensuring quality products and services are provided to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading the overall activities of the feed plant, including regulatory compliance programs, safety, and quality.
• Learn all plant processes, including maintenance, human resources activities, and managerial and administrative functions.
• Develop hands-on knowledge of job responsibilities, equipment, and materials involved in each specific production process.
• Assist in meeting volume goals, maximizing yields, and minimizing material waste while ensuring employees follow quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in feed science, animal science, ag systems/technology management, industrial engineering, ag business, supply chain operations, agriculture, or related fields of study.
• Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs.
• Willingness to relocate for the program and then upon program completion is required.
• Participated in the Land O'Lakes Summer Internship Program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to feed mills/manufacturing or general production environment is preferred.
